Andrew Guerin Associates is a Firm of Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers, based in Cork, Ireland. The Firm was founded in 1997 by Andrew Guerin, who is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also a Chartered Tax Adviser. Andrew’s main speciality is Taxation, having spent approximately 20 years specialising in Taxation initially with Deloitte and subsequently with EY. Our team includes a number of qualified Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers who have a wide range of practical Tax, Accounting and Business experience.
WHAT WE DO
Whilst providing a range of professional services including Accounts Preparation, Corporate Restructuring, Debt Restructuring, Investments and Redundancy programs, the Firm’s main speciality is the provision of Tax Consulting services to Corporate and Personal Taxpayers. These services are provided to a wide range of customers, both Irish and overseas, including Self-Employed Individuals, Business Owners, Company Directors, Executives, Trusts, Property Investors both Irish and Foreign, Expatriates and High Net Worth individuals and businesses with substantial Investment portfolios. Our professional team has developed a reputation for the provision of the highest quality service, with stable personnel in a timely manner. Lisa joined AGA in 2010 as a Senior Financial Accountant. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an associate member of the Irish Tax Institute. With over 10 years’ experience, she provides a wide range of services for clients including auditing, accounting, company secretarial, taxation and business advisory services. Her areas of expertise include accounts preparation for SME’s and audit exempt companies, audit compliance and Tax preparation and compliance for personal and corporal clients.

James joined Andrew Guerin Associates team as a Trainee Accountant in 2017. James graduated in the same year from Cork Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree of Business (Honours) In Accounting. James is a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
James’ looks after a range of Corporate and Personal clients within the Practice. This work entails preparation of Accounts, completion and filing of Personal and Corporate Tax Returns and attending to PAYE and VAT matters.
